All event bookings require a signed agreement and advance payment as specified in your event proposal. Final payment schedules will be outlined in your service contract.
Cancellation and refund terms vary by event type and are detailed in your individual service agreement. Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on vendor commitments already made.
Registering for a listed event through this website confirms your intent to attend. Registration does not guarantee entry until confirmed by our team.

Ananya Entertainments is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, third-party vendor failure, or force majeure events affecting event execution.
